Definitely Kershaw and spydeco. Two leeks, one skyline, one blur, one delica, and a manix2 are in my possession. They have all been great

I have several Benchmade 585's, one ZT350 folders and several Kabar fixed blade hunters. They are all great knives. They are well made and haven't let me down.

They are my favorites, compared to a few other knives I own of lesser cost and quality. Though the lesser expensive knives get used more in "abuse/damage" situations where I don't have to use my nicer knives. In a pinch it wouldn't matter but when I can I try not to abuse my better knives.

Ive bean carrying Spyderco for around 20 years, and just of recent a cheapo para gerber that just seems to keep a nice edge and i can bring it back easy.

When i was just a wee lad lobstering for a local in Maine, he was a personal dealer fro Spydercos and Amsoil. This was back when nobody had heard of either of them.

My VG-10steel Straight blade Endura is like that old friend that never lets you down, and it gives me that nostalgic feelin from my youth. I would have one for everyday of the week if i could afford it i tells ya!

I am not a huge knife guy, I carry a buck 55 everyday, when I hunt I carry big brother buck 110, I like these knives because they are razor sharp, hold an edge and have the buck lifetime guarantee on them, they are relatively inexpensive and are made in America.

I carry a Remington. Takes an edge you can shave with no problem and holds it well

I carry the Kershaw Blur with the S30v stone washed blade. It's a really reliable blade that stays sharp. As it dulls out it develops a sort of micro serrated edge. Whenever I sharpen it, I use a diamond pad and it turns out just fine. And Kershaw has a lifetime warranty that I like. If the blade chips, speed safe mechanism goes bad, or simply just needs a factory sharpen, you can send it in and they will hook you up for free. Never buy the cheap Kershaw knives that aren't made in the USA.
