I would have to say a Randall that my uncle purchased in 1945, which I think he paid less than $10 for. It has a beautiful elephant ivory grip with finger groves and has an HH Heiser sheath with it's original sharpening stone. It would be hard to find one that old in this condition. I have many knives, but this one is very special to me. It'll be passed down through the family.

I have many knives but I happen to like this pocket knife a lot. I think it's fairly unusual compared to others I've seen. It's the Strider/Onion Zero Tolerance with spring assist. While holding it there's no doubt how well it's built and they did use the highest quality materials. I think it looks beautiful too.

My favorite BRAND has to be Spyderco. I've got about a dozen of their knives and not a bad one on the bunch. Great designs, materials, and construction.

Recently kershaw has been my source for new favorites but crkt, spyderco, SOG, and Ontario all have blades I have enjoyed thoroughly!

Three years ago i gave my dad a set of skinning knives from knives of alaska. He hasnt sharpened them at all since then and has skinned a ton of deer. I used them on my deer hunt to skin out 3 deer and they were just as sharp and easy to use as they were new.

I figured it would be a good test to give em to him since he has a habit of just leaving his knives in the atv year round. Koa claims they are the best.... im a believer.
