Not much at the moment, as knob creek is in my hand... but if it weren't, well I would still have little, flashlight, paracord keychain, leatherman or a gerber folding knife.

Kershaw Blur
keys with handcuff key
badge (depending on where or what gun I'm carrying)
wallet with my other LE credentials, DL, debit cards, money
flashlight (either X300 or TLR-1)
Cell Phone

on my belt
gun of the day (HK 45 or Glock 22)
spare magazine for said gun
Smith and Wesson handcuffs

it all depends on what I carry, and wear.

All-Ett thin wallet, keys w/mini flashlight & mini-pen, Kershaw double cross knife, handkerchief, half-dozen glasses wipes, Ruger LCP in one of various pocket or IWB holsters, spare magazine. When in an area where CHL holders may not carry, pepper spray and Emerson folding kerambit.

No weasels.
