Cash
Earplugs (used in public places with loud kids)
Cold Steel Voyager Tanto
Spare phone battery

Passport (ready to cross borders)
Personal Survival Kit (PSK). I assembled this myself into an Altoids tin - too much to detail.
Taurus PT-738 (BUG) in Stoner wallet holster.
Medium LED flashlight

Belt:
Browning Hi-Power
Cell phone

Looking at it now, it looks like a lot, but I love having equipment for any eventuality. And this all fits in a pair of Levi's 505 jeans!
Dang, you must have a badazz belt. :-)
