Defaultwalking sticks

After a gun, knife, or OC spray, for my money the best weapon is a stout walking stick. Properly used, they're devastating weapons. Cold Steel markets several good ones, but the best is a genuine Irish blackthorn stick; hickory or ironwood is almost as good. There are videos available that show how to use them--not as you'd expect--and they have some unique advantages: theylll never be banned, you can carry them openly anywhere, they're already in your hand when the action starts, they need no ammo, no sharpening, and they have no moving parts to jam. You can even buy them on eBay...

You're right of course, but I'm still too young to be seen with a walking stick!

Just feign a slight limp. Most people won't even ask about it.
