Default Real battle ready sword

So I am wanting to get a real cruciform style (crusader) sword. Seems the internet is filled with junk that is not worth to have let alone pass down. So my question is, does anyone have any place in mind that can make something like this?

I've got six swords and of the , 4 are battle ready ! One piece fordge compared to (WELD ON TANG) make a huge difference in strength . High carbon or good Damascus is what I look for

COLD STEEL makes some fine blades , a little pricy but battle ready is not cheap .

Kult of Athena carries all kinds of equipment like that and lists them as stage combat only or battle ready. One of these days I'll get one. Good luck in your quest, sir!

Real battle ready sword - Other Weapons
http://www.smkw.com/webapp/eCommerce/products/Cold+Steel/Cold+Steel%C2%AE+Norman+Sword+-+Man+at+Arms+Collection/CS88NORM.html

Cold Steel® Norman Sword - Man at Arms Collection
$269.99

Lowest price I've seen on the real deal type blades...
I trust Cold Steel products enough I carried one of their "hawks" for my time in the desert. Real deal enough for me.

Real battle ready sword - Other Weapons
One day, after the EMP, and after all the guns have used all the bullets, then, oh yes then, you won't be laughing at my battle readiness. Until that fateful day, we practice behind Brian's house, LARPing is training. Behold my thrust, vanquished are ye!
