The article says an inexperienced (or stupid) clerk made a mistake and handed an inexperienced customer a too short arrow. If you copy & paste the code, there is a different, yet similar, photo next post down.

Holy sh$t!!! I had nerve testing done once and the worst part was a needle being put right where that arrow is. Ouch!!!

My stomach turned. And that other photo is rough, too.

I thought to arrow head stays in front of the support hand... At least supposed to. Kind of like hands generally stay behind the gun muzzle.
