Question in the original post was regarding legality of an AUTOMATIC knife in Ohio. The link I posted is to the Ohio Criminal Code Section on knives, including switchblades (automatic knife) Possession is not permitted by private citizens- LEO and military only. Not only can you not carry concealed, you may not POSSESS.
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.

Oh ok thanks c3 I'm not good at understanding law jargin. So asnlong as its not an automatic knife I'm good.
