I was trying to find some info on a knife..... I bought this when I was about 6-7yrs old at a swap meet (I guess I always liked WWII stuff). I was looking it up and I read that there were no Nazi pocket knifes made and it was a fake, BUT the ones online I seen dont have the markings on the blade or the swaskica on the hilt. It looks to have sliver handles (With a good amount of pocket wear) not steel ones and from what I read the fakes are marked "made in germany" which mine is not. Anybody know what I have?

yep, did more research its a fake, but one of the early ones (around 1960) and does have German silver handles. Thats what confused me.. I had a hard time thinking they would put real sliver on a knife thats $10 new.... I only paid $5 bucks for it 20 years ago (Thats a lot of $$ when your 6-7)
