Hawkbill blades are just wicked, even the smaller ones have a fearsome bite.

Perhaps a Spartan or Karambit?

Personally, I would carry that Talon on Fridays. ;)

Hawkbills are my personal favorite, but I have the worst time trying to sharpen them. Any hints?
