SOG Bolo Machete
Guess you could call it a big knife.

Very simple purchase and the house it lives in.

Holster has good retention so far. Kindof important given my profession. I don't need to be sliced in the ankle while running, or stabbed with my own stuff.

It looks bulky but it actually rides quite comfortably there.

Newest EDC, stuffed in random picket of bag etc inexpensive knife. Very lightweight and good clip, which by the way you can change position of with Torx screws. Blade is Bucks hollow ground 420 steel, better than decent quality. Best of all $30 at Walmart, worth every penny.

Bad angle. Did some paracord wrapping on a neck knife... I'm kinda rusty. Need to do it more often.

Think I posted this before but this is a new pic...ImageUploadedByFirearms Talk1404969878.268695.jpg
My Explorer Night Raider III(Paracord over steel group) and my Kershaw#1970
(Sry so dark,.. It was t-Storming outside so we had the lights down and candles lit with curtains open....I will take a better one next time), the Night Raider has the Paracord over the orig. metal grip and is about 35 or 37 years old,..the Kershaw is last year when I began collecting Knives and pocket tools again after about 10 years out of it. I was oiling and sharpening some of the 30+ I have last night to "Wed. Night at the Range" on outdoor channel when I wasn't "Flipping around." Anyone know if Kershaw makes a neck knife??
I have 2 no name ones from a catalog that were $17 & $30 respectively....

Never seen a neck knife from kershaw but there's a neck sheath attachment for the chive series.
