I didn't post this originally, because it's been seen in other threads. However, it's a Randy Porter frontier bowie and he deserves the credit.

CA357 that is a nice lookin blade you got there. Randy was awesome to work with. I originally contacted him to buy one of his Cheyenne bowie he had but it sold before we could finalize the purchase. So he worked with me and sent me examples of blades and antler handles he had, i hand pick then he made it and gave me contact info on getting a sheath for it as well. Vary pleasant experience and i highly recommend him.

This is the knife that goes to combat with me every time, Its held up great minus a few scratches. It is a Tinea Kombat by Mr Danilo Rossi of Fratelli Beltrame in Italy. I got it from a a friend and im looking to get a few more for some buddies. It holds an edge like no knife ive had before too! FNP-40 included just cause it was handy!

How often do you go into combat?

Cool. Love the FNP, too. But what is the hole in the blade for?

I looked it up and it said that it was designed to catch, and then twist your opponents blade out of their hand. I guess the maker teaches combat class at the Calix Academy Europe.
Pretty sweet looking blade.

Yes its a knife catch. Get their blade in there, turn slightly either way and you now own their knife.

I assumed it was that, but wanted to make sure. But if I pull a knife on someone, and then they pull one on me, I'm just running. Nobody faces a blade without getting cut, most likely.
