As a knife maker myself, I have to say the wave feature is a really genius invention. Super simple but works perfectly.
I own quite a few knives, slipjoints for the most part appeal to me more than modern folders.
This one is made by GEC, for Bladeforums 2011.
I made this one from an old file that I annealed, shaped and differentially heat treated.
another one I made, forged from an old leaf spring. Gave this one to a family member.

- Cimarron "Pistolero" in .45 Colt, 4 3/4" barrel.
My newest knife. It has a fin look to the blade I'm giving it to a friend of mine. I'm wanting some honest opinions on it! Thanks
After I put it together and let it sit clamped overnight. Kind of ruff looking.
Shaped up now just to clean it up and put the end cap on I'm working on.
Not bad for some scrap wood I had out in the carport from a old project.

This makes up about half of my collection
You guys seem to know what to look for. When buying a good Machete and Knife for doomsday what kind of steel am I looking for. I want something that I can sharpen with a stone. Thanks.
