I bought this bayonet in an M8 scabbard on a whim when I was at Knob Creek. Anyone know what gun this thing is meant for?

No idea what gun it goes on.

Nice looking blade. A lot better than the bayonets I find at gun shows around me. What did you give for it?

It looks like it's for an M1 Carbine.

Paid some dude who had a tent set up outside the main building like 20 bucks for.

It might be an M7 bayonet, but I think it was a knock-off and never issued because it has no markings whatsoever.

Foul tempter, once again you make me covetous! Get thee behind me! (Must stop looking at Culdee's knives....) Seriously, nice blades man. I'm envisioning a dual carry belt rig, it would be fun to build.

forumrunner_20111025_173132.jpg

The top one is a Gerber Profile w/ sheath
Next is my SOG Trident Tanto, my favorite so far
The next 2 under are a set of Winchester folders my gf got me for a gift
To the right is just a standard Swiss Army knife and cheap multi tool
The butterfly knife I just recently got from my grandmother who took it from my dad when he was a teenager, that was over 20 years ago lol.
