Default How are Benchmade assisted openers?

I've heard nothing but great things about Benchmade, but they make so many knives with so many different designers, you never know if there's a line that sucks. Figured I might as well ask.

The specs look good.

I could be a Benchmade spokesman, I am a satisfied customer.

I have several Mel Pardue and Osborne design axis lock and axis-assisted knives. I have had zero mechanical problems with the locking system or assist system. I also have several Benchmade automatic knives. Today my HK Benchmade Auto is in my back pocket. They also have excellent customer service. I recently sent two knives in for sharpening ($5/each). They came back like new and razor sharp.

Oh yes you have to love their customer service. I sent in a knife with a bent clip that also had a screw missing. I got it back fixed and factory sharp for the $5. I highly recommend their knives.

Here's another one I'm feeling.

http://www2.knifecenter.com/item/BM275SBKSN/Benchmade-275SBKSN-Adamas-Folding-Knife-382-inch-Black-D2-Combo-Blade-Desert-Tan-G10-Handles

I hate how pricey they are, but everything I hear says they are just a fabulous company that makes great knives. Once my paycheck comes in, I'm poppin' on one of them.
