Big steel aviation screwdriver honed to a point on a benchgrinder with friction tape around the handle. It will meet less resistance on ingress and less suction on egress.

The Marine Raiders used them BITD. I carried one on my ruck. Better than a blade for finding a way through the ribs but quite useless as a tool.
