Are you going to sharpen the 2 previously abused specimens before the new head-to-head-to-head?

$375 and $18 for shipping. The FTF Testing price was $300 flat, express shipped to my door with a handwritten note to abuse it and let them know what my honest impressions are.

Definitely. They will be sharpened and we will ramp up the testing this time around and a new thread will follow.

I will be curious to see if you think it is worth the 6x increase in cost over the Cold Steel ($60).

That is the question we are about to find out. The first series of tests was good, but pretty tame by comparison of what was asked for this set of tests.

The Shrike is a serious piece of metal, and it comes sharper than any tomahawk and most knives I have purchased, but when the rubber meets the road it will be interesting to see if it achieves THAT much more in the damage and penetration factors.

I have some serious SHTF tests already drawn up, with some input from a friend of mine, I just have to acquire some material and get a good, sunny weekend here in the PNW to do some testing.
