griffin, you have missed your calling in life! you should be making knives and selling them. those are very impressive and unique. the two with the handles on them now, turned out very nice. to see what they started out as, and what they turned into, very impressive. you have a very good mind for detail and it shows in your finished product. very nice, indeed.

i did like the lighter colored wood better.

Thanks guys I think these knifes are not bad for the 6th, 7th, and 8th knifes I've built. I'm really happy with the results and I can't wait to start the next knife. Maybe tonight I'll cut one out and start cutting.
