Ya sorry to hear bout your job lay-off crap man =( But ya know what the positive side to this is? Full-time to make some of those wicked blades! It would be an honor to own one someday. Ive always been a knife guy since I wasa lil kid.
Thank you guys. I'm going to do my best to build great knives for a good price. I hope to post some for sale here soon.
I think with a little more polishing and some sharpening this will be a hell of a knife. I like it so well I'm going to build myself one just like it this week for camping.
Well it's done!!!
And done it is! Man that's a awesum piece Griff. The style of your blades is def. my favorite for fixed that ive ever seen. Factory crap cant touch um in my eyes.
I want one. Can you make one almost identical, but in a clip point?
I'm freaking loving that burlap too!!! Bet it's grippy like super glue...
I put the knife back thru the paces today again. nothing like chopping a 2x4 then slicing paper like a champ and shaving arm hair with no edge deflection. To bad I can't load the video
My brother came by and he built his first knife. It's O-1 with red fiber liners and western walnut handles.
