Thank you so much man! I love The feel of it.
I got with a bunch of Arkansas knife makers and one of them Alan Hutchinson (look up his knifes online) has been helping me with my technique. Also he has a great grinder and today I just ordered one just like it. I hope it takes all my knifes to the next level.

Best of luck with your new grinder, enjoy it!! Go to you neighborhood paint store and buy yourself a box of good ol' wooden paint sticks and practice getting the hang of your grind work, don't use up a bunch of high $$ steel. The dimensions are "pretty close" too. Once you get the feel for your plunge and personal grind, take it to your steel. Most of all, enjoy your craft!!

You're doing very well!
Now let's work on something that's very important for a knifemaker-
The plural of "knife" is "knives." "Knifes" is not a word.
