Default Maybe it is just the latest...

I feel fortunate to have several nice folding knives. I have a small collection of Benchmade automatics and assisted opening knives. I have Osborne and Pardue designs that have survived years of use. They are outstanding quality for the price. I have given each of my sons a laser engraved Benchmade on their 21st birthdays. Kind of a "every man needs a good knife"

I have recently added a couple Microtech automatics, and they are on a different level. As a tactical folder, they are simply bada--.

BUT this weekend I satisfied a personal wish list item. I got this Chris Reeves Sebenza. The build quality exceeds any other production knife I have seen. It is like some of the $1000+ custom made knives I have seen. I predict this will be my EDC for many years. It may just be my latest favorite...

My favorite knife is my Randall Made Model # 1, General Purpose Fighting Knife. I carry a Randall Made Model #7, Hunter and Fisherman or my E.H.Brown Alaskan Skinner. I do have a couple of folders that I like, Buck Model 110 and a Case Trapper.

$1000 knives ???? I know knives have got expensive and I have a couple hundred but are you for real a$1000 for a knife of that kind. I mean yes I'd pay that for the real Excalibur sword.
