My father always carried a Buck Woodsman. So I will always have a place in my heart for it. I also really like my Buck Omni Hunter drop point.

My favorite is the Chris Reeve Yarborough. It sits in a case because of its value to me. I like everything about it except that you are not able to hammer with the angle on the butt of Chris Reeve knives. It slips if you hit something hard enough because of the point.

The most practical knife I own is the SOG SEAL. Great functionality and has held a blade through all sorts of torture.

Here are some family carried survival knives from WWI, WWII and my SOG.
