You need to come to the traditional side, mate! We don't care about tweaking complicated cams or sights. Just beautiful wooden bows made by true craftsmen.

It's cheaper, too!

As technology changes and improves you'll see faster and faster arrow speeds. Speed isn't everything though. I would gladly take a slower single cam that will deliver more consistant arrow speed and delivery over a double cam. The double may be faster but it also takes more tuning to keep timed properly.
I'm a hunter though, I want to be able to practice and hunt all season without having to worry about tuning. Tuning is for the time of year when nothing is in season.

Woot Woot! Traditional, all the way.....

Cedar shafts, turkey feathers, glued/resin-ed points & nocks.

Shoulder quivers and three fingered gloves.

I've never felt the need to be super fast.
292fps with a 425gr arrow is fast enough for me

I've been wanting to get back to traditional for years. It IS a bit expensive to buy a quality recurve these days though. Unless someone knows something I don't.
