I use a butchers glove, aka. Chainmail when sharpening or filing. Never a cut or poke again.

FullAuto has taken a full ration here, but has been a great sport.

He has even shed blood, what more can we ask . . . . except to see more pictures

But the Butcher's Glove is just the thing.

Perhaps we will see more of his completed knives!

Didn't mean to offend, and I apologize if I did. It was a sincere suggestion, as a butcher for six years I have seen a few accidents. Some left with permanent ligament damage. I just don't want to see a craftsman loose his ability to do what he loves. I've found my glove great for filing long blades and machetes.

You have been a good sport though fullauto. Just dont want see anyone maul themselves.

Its fine you didn't offend me, I'm able to take a joke just as well as I can dish one out.
