This one, double edged, but I was using the bottom edge, when it heels I'm going to wait before I get back into knives for a while and when I get back I'm going to take it slower, it was taking up a lot of my free time, and I think I'll wear gloves for the tests now.

My suggestion get some cut resistant Kevlar gloves. I use them at work all the time and saved myself many a cut up fingers

I have some tough gloves at the house, never had the common sense to use them.
