Why I Prefer the 10MM

Just kidding! Found this on another site and thought it was humorous with just a touch of reality.

Thats funny. Lol. Ive never shot a 10mm yet, would like to tho.

It may be cute but it is very misleading.
Human beings are in no way shape or form able to "laugh off" 9mm hits.

Let us test this...any volunteers? :D

Shame only Glock makes a high cap 10mm, I won't own a Glock, poor ergonomics and chamber issues are enough to keep me away from them, if Springfield makes an XDm10 though I will be the first in line to get one.

I would own a 10mm in the all metal 1911 frame. Makes more sense for the more powerful cartridge.

I wouldn't recommend it but you can fire 40 S&W in a 10mm chambered pistol if push came to shove. I have a Colt Delta Elite. The extractor headspaces the shorter round well enough to allow it to fire. Your mileage may vary.

I would NOT recommend this. Your extractor may hold the cartridge just fine. It is at least equally likely you will have a problem with it though. Get a Glock and buy a handfull of conversion barrels. Soon, I will have a 7 caliber G-20
