I own a Glock .40 and I have complete confidence in my ability to place a well aimed shot on the target. I also have complete confidence in the knock down power of the .40. If the individual is high on crack or some other substance, he's receiving a couple more well aimed shots. It's more about shot placement than the round itself. However, many good points were made.
