M-70 Winchester, 30-06, NOE Mould 311284 214Gr. RN sized .311, 32 grs. of a surplus 4895 for I’m guessing 2200 FPS. It shoots close to ½” @ 50 yards & about 2” at 100 with a questionable scope. Leading is zero.

What's the formulation??

Just from appearance it looks like the old Rooster Labs "Zambini Red" which was really good stuff.
