The Lee turret would make a great starter press. Remove the auto advance rod until you are comfortable with the whole reloading process, then reinstall it to speed thinks up. One can turn out 200-300 per hour with that setup.

You could always start with the Dillon bl550 and later down the road you can upgrade it to the fully functioning 550
I think the BL550 is only about $260.. seems like a lot but you are starting out with something that you can run forever and not feel like upgrading for a better one in a year. Its well worth the extra 60 bucks IMO
