For practice, I've been quite satisfied with Winchester White Box (WWB) 100ct. from Wally World,. In many thousands of practice rounds I've had exactly one failure to fire. I also buy WWB for my 9mms as well.

I take back what I previously said about the Golden sabers... even the bonded ones... I just checked out a new round... and my new choice is
Winchester 40 S&W 165-180gr Bonded PDX1 These are sweet and if you want to see them in action you can follow this link..

Hornady XTP 180 gr. with 8 to 8.5 gr. Accurate #7 powder shoot very well out of my Sig 226
