Default What type ammo is This?

Hey guys I was going thru a Box of old ammo and stuff my pops had and found these ? A buddy said they were Teflon coated , someone else suggested they were Moly coated? I have no clue and was wondering if anybody elseight know?

Is the headstamp Federal? If so, likely a 125 grain NYCLAD load (good stuff, IMHO). Nylon coated.

The base is only stamped with 38 SPL. S&W

S&W developed the Nyclad ammo. When they got out of the ammo business, they sold the rights to Federal. Likely old S&W loaded Nyclad.
