In my area .223 has been around for months now. In fact, it seems no one is buying it anymore, there's at least 100 boxes of different brands each time I go.

FYI, WWB 9mm is going for around $10 here at WalMart....

Wally World around here has zero .45 ACP, .38 Special, .32 Auto, .357 Mag and plenty of .223, 9mm and .40 S&W. Went to Gander Mountain last weekend when I was out of town, and they wanted over $40 for the WWB 100 round box. I laughed in the guy's face. Gander had zero .45 ACP as well.

For the past few months I've noticed any Wal*Mart I go in
has a pretty good slection of ammo minus a couple calibers; .45ACP, .380ACP.

Must be a sign we're all stocked up at home.

I don't buy my ammo at walmart. They never have anything that i need so i just never bought any from there. I get all mine from Acadamy.

My walmarts are still stocked to the brim with all kinds! In .45acp they have remingtons, WWB's, UMC, and Federal champions.

In the past 6-8 months I've seen one box of 45 at the 3 walmarts in my area. I bought it. Gander mountain has 45 and even 380 but I'm not paying $50 for a 100rd box of WWB.

In my liberal state, LTCs are hard to come by, so my Wally World is always full of just about everything. Stopped by for some crap the wife needed last night and perused the ammo. There was at least a dozen boxes of each .223, 7.62, .308, .270, 30-06, .32, .380 auto, 9mm, .40, .45, .38 special, .357, .44 special, .44 magnum, mostly WWB but there were some boxes of quality hunting ammo, a crap ton of the Remington UMC in 9mm, 40, and 45, and the list keeps going.

My local Wal-Mart just started stocking ammo again and said that they are now getting regular shipments. First time in a year I have been able to start picking up Federal bulk pack .22 to re-stock my depleted supply. Will not make the mistake of running low (2500 rounds) again. Will build it back up to 10K, then just replace what what we (my grandson) shoots, one bulk pack at a time. The ammo case is nearly full and they have all popular pistol rounds, including .45acp. They are also "not" imposing any buying limits. Kudos for wal-Mart........................

Jim..........
