Glad to hear you found another source. I use other sources too. The point I was making is that things are looking up a bit. At the store I visit, I have never seen a line for ammo, even when there are popular calibers in the case.

I walked in the other day and they had everything in. This was the first time I've seen anything on their shelves besides the 32 auto no seems to have bought since this all started. So I bought two boxes of tulammo 9mm for 5 something each. I went back the next day and bought a 100 round value box of federal .223 for $35 and a 250 brick of remington high velocity .22lr for $10. I was honestly pretty satisfied with that.

Then My Walmart must be the only one In Az. still dealing with an Ammo shortage! for the last two months there has been plenty of 270, 7MM, .308, .223, and all shot shells. The only 22LR's in stock are birdshot(bought 4 boxes anyway incase we get attacked by terrorist pigeons!) took a box of it ot the range yesterday(says "1000 Fps), not enough Pwr. to cycle ANY .22LR semi auto we own!(nice patters on shoot n C targets at 10 Yds Tho....) then we stop in to Wally World after the range and thre is 2 boxes of Remington .44 Mag., and 8 Boxes of .45ACP!!

Local walmart here had plenty Tula 45acp and 7.62x39. Had a few friends with me so I got 6 boxes of 7.62x39. Left a few boxes for the next guy and I'm ok on 45 so I left it too

Probably my last chance to buy ammo, untill the 20% pay cut, starting this Monday and ending in September, has passed.
28¢ per round!

The Walmart App seems to have stopped working. I never see "In Stock" as a search result. Lately, its been either "Out Of Stock" or ""Inventory Not Available"

Just an observation from my trips to Walmart this week. Throughout the bullet crunch or shortage (whatever you wanna call it) there has always been hunting rifle rounds. Tonight not a 30-06 in sight. Went to a second store just to check and out as well. They did have 45. / 9mm / 5.56 at each. My suspicion is the same guys that were buying up the handgun and "assault rifle" rounds to resell on arms-list at double the price are getting a jump on their supplies prior to hunting season. Thoughts????[/QUOTE]

Yup. Mine got rifle ammo back in pretty quick but no handgun ammo except for 8 boxes of .45 a few weeks ago and 4 boxes of .44 mag. Had to go to the other Walmart almost an hr. away to get .9mm SD ammo. And still no .22LR Or .22Mag.
