Default Thank you Dillon

I have a Dillon RL-450 that I bought new in 1984, I have loaded over 100,000 rds on this press. I have had small issues over the years that Dillon always took care of promptly. I sent some components in for work right before Christmas, The primer feed base screw threads had gotten fubar. The 450 feeder is no longer made and the 550 feed is slightly different. The fine folks at Dillon Precision graciously sent me a complete primer feed set up for the RL-550!

I am now back up and running with upgaded parts. They continue to stand by their no BS guarantee.

What I've always heard that about Dillon Precision! Worth the extra money, IMO!

That's some excellent customer service. I'm impressed.

I have been loading on a Dillon 550 since the late 1980`s. I have had a couple of issues over the years and can say that I have never had any problems with their service, they have always given me service that I thought was above and behond.

Here's an object lesson;

How would you compare Robo's testimonial of Dillon with Tango's rant of Lee?

I know what my next reloader will be. (And I won't be seeing red!)

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Dillon replaced a sizing die for free that I lost during a move. I told them I lost it and still they didn't charge me for it. They even offered to give me 90 dollars to buy a new case cleaner from them because after 22 years my old one was starting to get a little sloppy. I only paid 120 for it new and it only has a 1 year warranty. Can't beat Dillon for service.

I could go on for a lot of paragraphs on my personal stories of Dillon Support of their products, but All I'll say is "If its broke/worn out - You will get a replacement. With that "Drink the BLUE COOLAID".
