Sig P230 best grain weight for smooth feed
 

I just picked up a P230 and looking to get some ammo.

Now, being new to the 1911 I was told that the 1911 was made for 230 grain to work at its best.

Any such thing for a .380?

I'm looking at a box of SD maybe 25 count.

And boxes of FMJ range stuff.

Any suggestion?
