Default Shipping costs

I haven't ordered ammo on the Internet or by phone, so this may be stupid. I want 500 or 1000 rounds of 7.62x39 and was wondering what to expect for shipping costs. I can buy 1k fmj for $320+19.20tax here in Michigan. Saw some Wolf at classicarms for $280 plus shipping. Sounds like there actually pretty close in cost. Am I right?
