This is why I reload all my SD loads. I trust my quality control better than a bunch of strangers quality control.

Try getting a customer service number and really lay into them if you don't get any satisfaction from them ask to speak to their manager.

ive seen no flash hole with remington and winchester new unloaded brass.

since i dont buy much if any ammo off the shelf other than premium handgun SD ammo and 22lr ive never had a issue with off the shelf 5.56 ammo only with an extremely rare out of round prime pocket or out of round flash hole or non existant flash hole.
