Default Remington UMC .45 Mega Pack Reloads?

I just purchased at Walmart the 250 count Remington UMC Mega Pack .45 Auto for only $85.00.
I told my buddy about them but he said those are probably factory reloads.
Is this true?
Thanks

winchester white box at cabelas is .29 a round in 50 round boxes. the bulk pack you list is .34 a round. bulk packs arent always the cheapest. im sure with a little hunting on the net i could find it cheaper still for new ammo. im pretty certain if the cases arent new they have to mark it as such.
