Do they make these dippers that go all the way up to rifle sizes in grains? Say like 58 grains of H4381, or no????

AP for the powder H4381, the 2 largest measures will dip 55.2 & 59.3 grains, so the answer is yes

So if there is any kind of powder variance using dippers, wouldn't using them twice cause double the variations in a round?

AP, dippers are not that exact but get you close to your grain weight, if loading max loads you have to be real careful. I load mid to low powder range so hot loads are not that much of a problem for me, but I do scale ever few throws just to be sure I ain't bone heading the loads.

The lee auto disk measurer works on the same principal. With that you can stack disks to get the correct load for more powerfull calibers. It is best to verify everything on a calibrated scale. Temp and humidity can cause fluctuations in density so it is best to use the loading chart that you get with the dippers as a reference rather than gospel.

Also, you can file down the dippers to make the load exactly what you want, but once again, verify, verify, verify.
