as suggested once sighted in move to another target and fire your groups.
i make my rifle tagets for load development on poster board from the Dollar Store. i can buy two for a dollar. i mark off and put either five or six 3" round circles on the board. i use one circle for each five shot group i make. i write notes on the target next to them an the order they were done to mark my progress. i write the notes down in a notebook so thati can reference it later or if i want to duplicate a particular load. another suggestion. only make one change at a time to not confuse the results. if working with a powder and working on powder charges, use one powder in different powder charges for that one bullet weight and use the same bullet. making only one change at a time will allow you to track your results much better and let you see what is aiding accuracy or hindering it.
