Manual? The "The ABCs of Reloading" I assume is a guide and the press will have it's manual obviously... not sure what you are referring to, please explain.
The difference is kinda like the difference between a Kia and a Mercedes, Quality.
The ABCs of reloading is a manual that will explain the process in great detail. It covers far more info than the instruction book with the press covers. Things you really need to know.
A good reloading manual like the Lyman or Speer is also a very good investment in addition to the ABCs. You can never have too much information.

I went the total opposite and got myself a Dillion 650 xl. That thing is awesome now if I could just get small pistol primers so it isn't just holding my bench down.....got to do just enough reloading to get my feet wet and ran out of primers.
