Hey guys Im looking for some hunting grade ammo for 7.62x54R. This ammo will be used for wild hogs in my m91-30 Mosin Nagant. I just want to make sure I do myself and the animal a favor by making a clean kill; I know military surplus rounds will work but I want to make the most ethical kill possible. As hard hitting as the 7.62x54R is, I don't think you have much to worry about in getting a clean kill. Should knock the darn pig into next week...
After all, the military surplus rounds were made for killing.
