Default Paintball Rounds?

I was talking to one of my firends and he was telling me that SWAT guys use paintball rounds in normal guns to train. Anyone ever hear of these?

Default paintball

They are called Simunitions. They require some modifications to function in self loaders. We converted all our MP-5's to fire simunitions. They are cool to shoot but an expensive proposition for the average person.
