Other options for powder?

Hey everyone. It has probably been discussed before but I didnt see anything in a quick look.
I would like to explore other options for powder for my AR-15's. I currently like Varget and have used this for quite some time (Ya know how it is when you get comfortable/familiar with something). However, my supplier has on again, off again availability. I am down to my last 16lbs and while that will sustain me for a while, I woud like to explore other options just to be able to keep supplies robust.
So, what do you use or recommend?

I have to assume you are talking about .223/5.56 since you didn't state the caliber. But for 5.56 w/55grn projectile, I have used H335 (25.5gr) (Probably the best powder - Measures well and is pretty clean) and AA2230 (24.5) has also worked pretty well.

Sorry...yes. For 5.56mm/.223

Thanks

Try some Reloader#15 it meters better than Varget.

I have done about 5K rounds using IMR 3031 usually 23.0gr with 55gr fmj and it has worked out well for me. Accuracy good, every thing works easy. Mostly i have used Wolf primers and so far not one slam fire or misfire.

+1 H335. Only I use 26.0 gr. for 55gr and 25.0 for 62gr.

The very best yet, for my Bushy is 25.3 grs. of 4064 and a 55 gr. Sierra game King. I tried H335, Varget, 4895 and the 4064 beats everything hand's down.

W-748 24.7 grains, Mil 5.56 case, 55gr pill.
25 grains, Win commercial case, 64 gr Power point.
I have used BLC-2 with similar results.
