Default Old box of ammo

I have this old box of ammo, and I am assuming this is the ammo that goes in the box. On the lid it says "7.5-S.-R. SP" anyone have an idea what this stuff is?

Sounds like the stuff - thanks for the research! I had no success. Now, I either need to use it as a display item of find someone who actually shoots the stuff.

Come on, this is a gun forum. Ever think about buying a gun to shoot it with?

Ok Fred G, nice job there. I am a shot-gunner to start with, I am all geared up to run out and buy a gun and it's 9:15 pm here; not only that, even if it were 10:00 am - I wouldn't even know what kind of gun to look for to shoot this stuff with!!! This ain't even Halloween and you done tricked me!
