Default NRA Reloading manual?

I just got an email from a local reloading supply shop that is offering an "NRA Metallic Reloading class". It includes the NRA Reloading Manual. Is anybody familiar with this class or the manual? It appears to be an 8 hour class.

I imagine the manual is the class notes--the presentation and what ever notes you take.

155 pages. It seems like I have that book, a good reference book when it was written ( 1st edition, 1969 ) Certainly covers all the basic reloading stuff.. but it is a little dated equipment wise.

I would go to the class, excellent way to get hands on experience and met fellow reloaders / shooters. I wish I could have had a class like this when I started, would have saved some mistakes.
