At the minimum, you must ensure that your brass reasonably clean so as to not damage or cause excessive wear on your dies. Wipe down your brass and give them a quick look over to verify that they are serviceable at a minimum.

deprime your brass put them in the pantyhose and put them in the dishwasher and run it.
It's my understanding that priming compounds have heavy metals in them, as do the residues they leave behind. Not something I want to share with the dishes I eat off of. YMMV.
