Im not sure if reloading for the SKS is worth it.... I just bought some Yugo M67 surplus in bulk and it came out to about $5.00 per 20 with the rds. already loaded on clips and S&H... I suppose it could be worth it, if you were making hunting or SD rounds?

With that said I have a thread going about reloading the SKS, but thats just a effort to use up some "odd" components I normally wouldnt use... (150 gr. bullets, Berdan primers and cases...)
