Hi Bill,Most reloaders will not give out their own load data to another shooter.It's not a "secret load" thing,but it is a "liability issue".
There are plenty of sources to point you in the right direction,as to what powders to use,and low and high powder charges for that particular powder.
The main thing that I'd suggest is get reloading data from the bullet mfg,and the powder mfg,and start from there.
What shoots good out of my rifle,might blow yours up,or not shoot good at all in your rifle.
Each rifle shoots loads differently from another.
Hornady,Sierra,and Berger make some great heavy weight .224 bullets,so I'd start there.
