Speer, Sierra and Hornady offer them. Check with the larger suppliers such as Graf & Son, Midway, Natchez and MidSouth.

Depends on the Finnish Mosin... The early ones were .308, later they marked them with a "D" on the barrel meaning they were .310 and could shoot the Finnish D rounds and captured Russian ammo. The M39 has a .310 bore as well. The ones with .310 bores can shoot .311..

I use the Privi 150 gr. .311 and the Horandy 174 gr. .3105 in both my Mosins and Arisaka.

Last time I looked, .311 bullets were everywhere. All of the big online supliers carry them.

.311 is proper for the Mosin, and the .303 Brit. I have Hornady .311 bullets in 150 and 174 grain on my loading bench.

Folks- Americans measure groove to groove. Europeans measure land to land. What WE call 7.62 is .308. What THEY call 7.62 is about .311-.312. As noted, Finnish rifles are closer to .308

You should be able to find .311 bullets. They are also used in the .303 Enfield and the 7.7 Arisaka. Wideners is low on stock but has some- check around.

Midsouth Shooters Supply had the a couple nights ago when I was looking. They are my go to reloading supplier because I have never had a company get my order to my front door faster than they can.
